Titles are You'll Never Walk Alone (RCA 1747), There's Always Me (RCA1628), Kentucky Rain (RCA1949), Clean Up Yur Own Back Yard (RCA 1869), You Don't Have To Say You Love Me (RCA2046), I've Lost You (RCA1999) and The Wonder Of You (RCA1974). The condition is generally Ex to Ex+. Provenance (from the vendor who worked for the BBC in the 1960s):
"...I worked on several programmes such as Late Night Extra, The Organist Entertains, Fanfare as a Production Assistant and was involved in the selection of music to be used on these and other programmes. This being the case, I was given demo records from all the different companies. For nostalgic reasons I have been loathed to part with my collection until now but have decided that it is the time and hope that other people can now enjoy them."
