THE BEATLES - PLEASE PLEASE ME LP (1ST UK MONO 'BLACK AND GOLD' - PMC 1202). Another original UK mono 'black and gold' copy of Please Please Me. Parlophone PMC 1202 with black and gold labels and Dick James credits for tracks A1, 2, 6, 7, B4 and B6. Labels are bright and legible, side 1 label has a sticker tear. XEX 421-1N/ XEX 422-1N stamped matrix. The record is in VG condition, each side displays some surface marks including a couple of hairline but feelable marks. The 1st press front laminated sleeve with right aligned Angus McBean credit is in G condition. Bottom edge of the sleeve is split/ torn and taped back together, tape runs onto both the front and back covers, top flap on the rear has some tearing/ splits).
