Titles are Neil Young - The Loner (1969, Reprise RS 23405 - lovely strong Ex condition record with only a couple of very light and minor surface marks) and Van Morrison - Brown Eyed Girl (1970, President PT 328 - Ex+ the record in very fine condition indeed with only a couple of extremely faint and wispy paper marks).
