I loved David Hasselhoff, and we had a great day doing the recording for TOTPs in England... we had even practised beforehand in L.A. for weeks. What a job eh? The beach was beautiful and David went to great lengths to make us feel at home, even insisting on a picture with us, and because he was taller he dug a hole in the sand to stand in, so he was the same height as us lot. Years later we appeared on Jonathon Ross’ show with him... I sought him out to say hello and remind him of the great day we’d had together. He looked at me blankly as I relayed the story and just said, “I have no idea who you are and what you are talking about!” And with that, he walked off!
