Phil Collins' 1966 Marquee membership card (9x7cm), signed by Phil Collins and with names of favoured bands to the verso. Also with a five-page handwritten essay on Phil Collins' memories of the legendary London club. This was submitted as part of the 25th anniversary celebrations of the Marquee. It is now believed that this letter was very likely handwritten by a secretary in the style of Phil Collins and not by Phil Collins himself. It remains an interesting account of PC's association with and memories of the club.
Provenance: from the estate of acclaimed artist and graphic designer Bogdan Zarkowski who worked extensively within the music industry from the 1970s to present day.
