A stunning 7" rarity by British freakbeat group The Purge - The Mayor Of Simpleton/ The Knave (CP 101, 1969 UK privately pressed release on Corn Records. Yellow/ black labels are beautiful, bright and legible. The record is in stunning Ex+ condition/ the scarce original flip-back picture sleeve is in wonderful Ex condition, displaying only minor storage wear to the corners and a tiny sticker removal stain to the bottom right corner of the cover. A beautiful example of this genuine British psych banger).
