An exceptionally rare large banner poster, one of the orginal designs used to advertise the famous Led Zeppelin concerts at Earl's Court in May 1975. The banner is handpainted, with likely stencilled Swan Song and Atlantic logos to either end. The banner would have been situated in a lightbox outside the venue - running along the exterior perimeter (see images of Rolling Stones concert 1976 for reference).
Measures approx 27x120". Shows a taped join in middle part. Shows wear to edges but main body in good overall condition.
Provenance: the vendor worked at the Earls Court Exhibition Centre for 20+ years and acquired them whilst working there.
Sold for £1,500
