OZZY OSBOURNE, JANICE - PARANOID (2025) - AN ORIGINAL PAINTING FOR SAVE THE CHIMPS.

An original work of art, acrylic on canvas. Titled 'Paranoid' this piece was created as a collaboration between Ozzy Osbourne and chimp Janice at the Florida 'Save The Chimps' sanctuary. Ozzy painted intricate, multicoloured basecoats on five canvases, after which ape artists at the sanctuary added brushstrokes. The final, signed works are named after Ozzy’s songs or albums. This is a rare opportunity to own an original work of art by Ozzy and the five works in this collection will be sold to raise vital funds for the work of Save The Chimps'.

Ozzy said of the works "I paint because it gives me peace of mind, but I don’t sell my paintings. I’ve made an exception with these collaborations as it raises money for Save the Chimps, a sanctuary for hundreds of apes rescued from labs, roadside zoos and wildlife traffickers."

Florida provides refuge and lifetime care to hundreds of chimpanzees rescued from research labs, the entertainment industry, and wildlife traffickers. The apes receive top-notch veterinary care, nutritious meals, and a variety of social enrichments—including painting.
