The record (Creation Records - CRELP 060) is in Ex condition showing a couple of very light and minor paper hairline marks which are never heavier, feelable scratches. Matrix/runout: CRELP 060 A5 X DMM ASL TOWNHOUSE 3 MAX & CRELP 060 25 X DMM ASL TOWNHOUSE 3 MAX. Complete with printed inner in superb Ex+ condition (no splits). The original sleeve is in Ex+ condition - perhaps the cleanest we've seen, there is only some very slight edgewear which is as stated and very minor. A top copy of this seminal album.
