NEW ORDER AT GLASTONBURY PACKAGE. Incredible collection to include Glastonbury 50 hardback book, a Glastonbury poster dedicated to Peter and signed by Michael Eavis, 2 wristbands from 1998 and 2005, 3 cassettes featuring their live performance from Glastonbury 1981, a BBC LP (WINLP011) and 2 BBC CDs featuring their live 1987 Glastonbury recordings, a more recent issue of New Order BBC Live CD (SFRSCD093) plus a folder containing passes, maps, tickets and programmes for the 2004 and 2010 Glastonbury festivals.
The world’s greatest festival. I am so proud of our three headline appearances. I had the pleasure of seeing it as a Hippy gathering in 1981, then grow to the behemoth it is today. All in all, in various guises, I have appeared at least 9 times and partied many, many more. The first dressing room was the Eavis’ farmhouse playing dolls with Emily on the floor.
