HOOKY NOTEBOOK WITH HANDWRITTEN LYRICS PLUS HOWARDS MARKS TOUR ITEMS. Notebook containing Hooky's "To Do" lists plus 4 handwritten lyrics for ‘What Do You Want From Me’ Warsaw’ ‘Interzone’ & ‘Dreams Never End’ plus an assortment of memorabilia and 2 x DVD’s from Hooky's 2010 tour with the now sadly departed Howard Marks.
One of the world’s greatest gentlemen. Regardless of what anyone says you could not meet a nicer, more welcoming, trustful and loyal person. He was the father I never had. I needed this tour... my confidence was at rock bottom... he pulled me up, kicked me up the arse and sent me out to meet you all again. I thank him so much for everything. Along with Big Les (The Wonderstuff’s ex-manager) and Phil Murphy (my ‘Manray’ partner and The Light’s tour manager), we toured and had a great time. I will never forget the characters Howard introduced us to. The highlight being the ‘Lion Shit’ story of him finding it and selling it as some mystical dope strain on the merch stall. Whenever anyone asked him where it came from he would smile and say, ‘it’s lion shit!’ Indeed, it was from Birmingham Zoo. The last laugh? Definitely ;)
