It was a pleasure to support the release of his book. He worked very hard on it indeed. Lovely to see Vivien, his old girlfriend there too. The prints were part of his own pictures that documented the period so well. The ‘Interview’ Cassettes were a bit cheeky, he hid the machine in his pocket and recorded us clandestinely, but I must now admit they are a great document of the ‘Proper New Order’ in their prime. I must also admit, I did not think so when I caught him at it at the time, dispatching him rather viciously out of the dressing room with a huge kick up the arse. Sorry mate!
