DAVID BOWIE - DAVID BOWIE LP (ORIGINAL SOUTH AFRICAN PHILIPS PRESSING - PST 5148)
DAVID BOWIE - DAVID BOWIE LP (ORIGINAL SOUTH AFRICAN PHILIPS PRESSING - PST 5148). Extraordinarily hard to find original South African copy of Bowie's famous Philips LP which would shortly thereafter become Space Oddity. The record (Philips PST 5148) is in clean VG+ condition showing a few light and minor surface hairline marks to the playing surfaces - these never at all heavier feelable scratches. With clean and sharp labels. Matrix/runout (machine stamped): 852146 1Y//3 ▽ 420 1 1 1 & 852146 2Y//2 1 3. The sleeve is in VG condition with some noted laminate creasing on the front and with some general edgewear to the reverse flipback tabs, though without any rips, tears or seam splits and with the spine in clear fully legible order.
