A scarce, original UK 7" promo pressing of 19th Nervous Breakdown/ As Tears Go By by The Rolling Stones (F.12331, 1966 UK promo pressing on Decca. 4-prong labels are are bright and legible. The record is glossy VG, each side displays some light surface marks including a couple of hairline but feelable marks. Comes in orange Decca paper sleeve).
