FOURNIER/ SZELL - STRAUSS: DON QUIXOTE LP (UK STEREO - SAX 2495). A stunning original UK stereo LP pressing of Strauss' Don Quixote, performed by French cellist Pierre Fournier, accompanied by George Szell conducting The Cleveland Orchestra (SXL 2495, UK stereo pressing on the blue/ silver Columbia label. The labels are lovely, bright and clean. The record is in stunning, glossy, Ex+ condition/ the front laminated flip-back sleeve is in beautiful Ex condition. A bright glossy cover and some faint ring wear on the rear. A truly beautiful example of this classical LP rarity.
