BOB WOOLER / ALLAN WILLIAMS / ALF BICKNELL SIGNED PHOTOGRAPHS

A signed 10 x 8 photograph by both Allan Williams (first manager of the Beatles) and Alf Bicknell (chauffeur to the Beatles in the 1960s) individually, the image depicting an early line-up of the band including Stuart Sutcliffe. Williams has added one of his famous quotations from his book The Man Who Gave the Beatles Away to the lower white border of the photograph, ‘I thought the Beatles were a load of layabouts’. Together with a signed 8 x 10 photograph by Bob Wooler (DJ at the Cavern Club), the image showing the entrance to the Cavern Club in the 1960s.
