An album containing approximately 90 hand signed autographs (also with a small number of printed/facsimile signatures) mostly on promotional postcards / photographs. To include signatures from: Dame Alicia Markova, Wilfred Hyde White, Andree Melly, Walter Midgeley, Dame Joan Hammond, Dame Margot Fonteyn, Joan Sutherland, Hariette Johns, Jimmy Jewell, Lita Roza, Douglas Byng. The vendor's uncle was a dedicated autograph hunter, often waiting at stage doors in Manchester and further afield in order to meet the stars, as well as writing off for many signatures.
