The record has plain white labels with hand-written information on side 1: CPS KAM 005 0/3 4.2.82. Side 2 label is blank. Matrix: CHE-TWO UNO KAM 005 A/ KAM 005 B. The record is Ex condition, displays a couple of hairline/ paper marks. The echantillon sleeve has some edge storage wear, ring wear to both covers with some staining, VG condition.
