JOY DIVISION - AN IDEAL FOR LIVING 7" EP (ENIGMA RECORDS 1978 UK ORIGINAL - PSS 139). The must-have addition to any Joy Division collection, a lovely clean original UK copy (self-released on Enigma Records PSS 139) of Joy Division's elusive debut release, An Ideal For Living. This is the first pressing with serrated rim and matrix/runout PSS 139 EP A1 EG & PSS 139 EP B1 EG. The record is in glossy VG+ condition. A very well-kept example displaying a small number of hairline/ light paper marks, nothing feelable of note. Clean labels display some light spindle marks around the centre holes. The original fold-out sleeve is in strong VG+ condition showing only a little minor ring wear to the covers and light edge storage wear. A great copy of the EP that 'wasn't a concept but an enigma'... Includes an original newspaper clipping about the release from Sounds August 11, 1979.
