LEONARD COHEN - TAKE THIS WALTZ/FIRST WE TAKE MANHATTAN DEMO CASSETTE. Fantastic collectors' item with this demo cassette from Leonard Cohen dating from, April 1987. The tape (TDK SA 60) has hand written on the A side label 'Leonard Cohen Mixes 4/87 L.C' with the card inlay stating 'Leonard's Copy'. The cassette appears to be in excellent condition. Provenance: From the collection of Avril Giacobbi, whose partner Martin Machat was Leonard Cohen's lawyer and business manager at this period.
