Years are 1963 (LYN 492 - Ex+/VG+), 1964 (LYN 757 - Ex+/Ex w/insert), 1965 (LYN 948 - Ex+/Ex, with insert though is torn), 1966 (LYN 1145 - Ex+/Ex, with insert), 1967 (LYN 1360 - Ex+/Ex, with insert), 1968 (LYN 1743/4 - Ex/VG+, no insert) and 1969 (LYN 1970/1 - Ex/Ex, no insert).
