PINK FLOYD - A FULLY SIGNED COPY OF 'THE WALL'.
A copy of Pink Floyd - The Wall (SHDW 411, with 'Factory Sample' sticker) signed to inner gatefold in various inks by Richard Wright, Nick Mason, Roger Waters, Dave Gilmour. Also with 'Performed Live' booklet. Provenance: obtained on behalf of our vendor's daughters by Robbie Williams, the head of Britania Row, the Floyd sound and production company. A note from the vendor on provenance:
"I worked, peripherally, on the original tour of The Wall. I worked closely with Robbie Williams, the head of Britania Row, the Floyd sound and production company. He was a close family friend.
Robbie asked the record company for one box of albums, in order to accommodate those to whom he had promised a copy signed by the band. He did this before we went on tour and he got them signed by the four band members, himself. The four signatures are genuine hand-written and not auto signed. All signatures were done in Robbie's presence.
Finally, each has the name of the person to whom they were given, written on the inside cover, with a brief message from Robbie. "
