(12RG 6359, #6185, disc Ex+, sleeve Ex) signed boldly in marker pen to plain white inner sleeve by Jonny Greenwood, Ed O'Brien, Colin Greenwood and Phil Selway. Signed to front of sleeve by Thom Yorke and Ed O'Brien (faintly). Originally purchased at Christies, June 2010, lot 68.
