THE BEATLES - PRINTER'S PROOF OF FIRST STATE STEREO BUTCHER COVER.

A very rare to see original printer's proof cover design for The Beatles - Yesterday and Tomorrow, this an example of a stereo 'first state' 'Butcher' cover. 31.5 x 30.5cm. With holes punched, printed onto thin paper stock, shows age wear to (blank) reverse but otherwise in excellent condition. A watermark is visible when viewed through a light, appears to read '... text'. Also with similar example - a 12" circular proof design for the Sgt. Pepper's picture disc.
