I found this holding my Garage Door up! It must have been for promo somewhere but how subtle is that! Sometimes I must admit that Peter Saville’s subtlety was lost on me. From what I remember we struggled with this sleeve idea. Peter’s idea of the sleeve of a ‘photographer taking a picture of us observing a photographer’ seemed a bit much. But I was so desperate to get the record out so we could play live... I just nodded.
