MANCHESTER VERSUS CANCER MEMORABILIA. From a number of the excellent concerts held between 2006 and 2010. Includes a signed drumskin, poster from 2007, passes, DVD, VHS, letters, badges, programmes, 2 t-shirts (Bench 2007 & 2008), dressing room sign and more.
These gigs were such noble efforts by Andy Rourke and Monaco’s ex-manager Nova Rehman to honour his late sister Nina. Wild affairs these... they brought out equally the best and worst in a lot of people. Very hard work and nearly finished me and Nova off, to be sure. All the concerts raised a lot of money so were well worth the efforts.
