A typed letter dated March 31st 1930 to read 'Dear Hann , I asked you to forward a piece of music to Miss James and have totally forgotten whether i sent it. Did I? Yours sincerely Gustav Holst' with signature by Holst. With a later printed image bearing facsimile printed signature of Holst.
Provenance: from an astonishing collection of classical music ephemera which includes autographs from many of the 20th century's most renowned conductors and composers. Collected over many years by a former orchestral manager of Liverpool Philharmonic.
