1893-94 ASTON VILLA LEAGUE CHAMPIONS MEDAL.

To obverse 'ASTON VILLA FOOTBALL CLUB' with lion to centre and 'PREPARED' motto, to reverse 'LEAGUE CHAMPIONS 1893 1894' with trophy to centre. Medal in white metal by Vaughton and Sons of Birmingham with a pin hole created later to top of medal for chain attachment. 32mm diam. Footnotes This medal is featured in the 'Aston Villa Story' book published in 1981.
