DAVID BOWIE - THE MAN WHO SOLD THE WORLD LP (1972 GERMAN PRESSING - MERCURY 6338 041). A neat example of the scarcely seen 1972 German copy of The Man Who Sold The World which was released in a unique fold-out die-cut sleeve. The record (Mercury 6338 041) is in neat VG+ condition. The playing surfaces are clean and glossy showing only a few very light and minor surface hairline marks; these are as stated and only very light. Lovely bright and sharp labels showing only a few light spindles. Matrix/runout (machine stamped): 10 AA6338041 1Y 320 & 10 AA6338041 2Y 320. Complete with the printed lyric inner in solid VG condition (some light creases, general wear around the edges). The elaborate fold-out sleeve is in well presented VG+ condition. A clean example, there is some light ringwear showing and some light creasing along the edges which is almost impossible to avoid on this one! Lovely copy.
