SHIRLEY& DOLLY COLLINS - ANTHEMS IN EDEN LP - ORIGINAL UK WHITE LABEL TEST PRESSING (SHVL 754). The original UK white label test pressing LP (issued over 2 x single sided LPs) of the wonderful 1969 LP from sisters Shirley and Dolly Collins. Record 1 (SHVL 754 A-1) is in superb Ex+ condition showing only a couple of extremely faint, slight and wispy paper marks. Interesting to note the original outer sleeve with 'Collins Side 1 Rejected. Band 4 re-mixed' handwritten (the matrix ending A-1 was therefore not used for the final commercial release which was A-2). Record 2 (SHVL 754 B-1) is in similar fantastic Ex+ condition showing very few marks. Once again fascinating to see the original engineer's notes on the original outer sleeve (date stamped '15 APR 1969) which read 'Collins side 2 OK') with this 'B-1' mix therefore appearing on the final commercial release.
