Likely recorded in 1967/168, the song is a charming instrumental with the Gibb brothers vocalizing the melody. Please get in touch for an audio sample. The acetate is in G+ condition. With noted wear to the lacquer, the acetate plays through without any skips or jumps though with a medium level of surface noise.
