THE BEATLES - A SIGNED POSTCARD.
An early Parlophone promotional postcard c 1963 with signatures to the verso in various inks by John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr. The postcard measures approx 14.5 x 9cm. Condition is poor, with tape repairs, paper losses, general age wear and discolouration. The autographs have been authenticated by Roger Epperson prior to this sale.
Provenance: the postcard was signed for the vendor's grandmother when the group played Leigh Casino in 1963. The vendor's grandfather played in the local group The Beat Boys and knew The Beatles from gigging around the North West.
