THE BEATLES - YESTERDAY AND TODAY 'BUTCHER COVER' (ORIGINAL US 3RD STATE MONO COPY - T 2553). Very well peeled original US mono 3rd state copy of the infamous 'butcher cover' of Yesterday And Today. The sleeve is graded as strong VG+. The cover is bright and clean, appears to have been a very lucky example as many suffer tearing due to the peeling process. Sleeve display some minor edge storage wear and the back cover has some age-related handling wear. '3' next to the RIAA logo. The original mono LP (Capitol 'rainbow label T-2553 with F7/G2 matrix endings) is in cool VG+ display a small number of hairline/ wispy & light paper surface marks, nothing feelable of note. Comes with original olive-coloured Capitol '66 Sounds company inner, Ex condition, no splits or tears.
