The record (Mute Records, STUMM 251) is in very clean Ex+ condition showing only a couple of very faint, minor and wispy paper marks. Complete with Ex condition printed inner without any splits. The sleeve (nicely signed by Richard appearing to be dedicated "To Mandy") is in brill Ex+ condition showing only slight wear. "There must be so many people that are here in Sheffield and in this world who are alive because a love bloomed after meeting here on Coles Corner".
