The record (PCS 7360 A-1 COME TO FLORIDA/B-02) is in glossy Ex condition showing a few light and minor surface hairline marks/scuffs, these not at all heavier feelable scratches. Complete with printed inner in lovely Ex+ condition (no splits). The sleeve is in neat VG+ condition showing some minor creasing around the edges - without any rips, tears or seam splits and with the spine fully legible.
