The record (BST 84091, New York USA address to both sides, RVG STEREO machine stamped both sides and Plastylite P both sides) is in glossy Ex condition showing only a couple of very light and minor surface hairline marks. Super sharp and clean labels. The original 43 West 61st stereo sleeve is in VG condition with some light paper tears to the opening edge and with some minor foxing to the reverse - the spine is in very sharp, clean and fully legible order.
