"Albert Lee and Eric Clapton - Shot at The Rainbow Theatre, London, 5th February 1981. This was a warm-up gig for the band’s USA tour - memorable for the cancellation of most of it when Eric developed an acute stomach ulcer shortly after it began and subsequently became teetotal! Here Albert is soloing on his featured number, ‘Country Boy’ with Eric looking on admiringly from behind the amps. (Published in ‘Eric Clapton - Live History’, 2019)"
