BLACK SABBATH - S/T LP (UK 1ST PRESS - VERTIGO SWIRL - PHILIPS - VO6). A scarce, original UK 1st pressing of Black Sabbath's 1970 self-titled debut album (VO6, 1970 UK pressing on Vertigo. Large swirl label with Philips Record Product text at the foot of the label under the Vertigo text. Labels are bright and clean. Comes with original British Patent No: 800153 & 973939 swirl inner sleeve. VO6 1Y*1 420 195/ 2Y*1 420 125 matrix. The record is in Ex condition, displays a couple of hairline/ wispy paper marks. The original gatefold sleeve with "Copyright subsists in all Stereo recordings" text, band names/ production credits are all in capital letters. Ozzy's name is printed incorrectly as Ossie. The sleeve is in strong VG+ condition, bright clean covers with some minor edge storage wear. A great copy).
