Wonderful to see extremely scarce original UK white label test pressing copy of the 1970 LP from Fairport with this copy signed to the B side label by original members Richard Thompson, Simon Nicol, Ian Matthews and Dave Pegg as well as being housed with a proof 'Master Room' picture cover. The record (Island ILPS 9130 with machine stamped A//1 & B//1 matrix endings) contains the song Poor Will And The Jolly Hangman which was cut from the final release (the 'original' commercially released UK copy using A2/B2 matrix endings). The record is in neat VG condition showing some surface light surface marks though no heavier scratches. With 'ILPS 9130 Fairport Convention May 22nd' handwritten to the A side label. Housed with black and white picture cover sleeve in VG+ condition dated 22.5.1970. Holy grail for Fairport collectors.
