This house was used as rehearsal space for ‘The Strand’ (named after the Roxy Music song) which was the band Steve Jones and Paul Cook were in, along with Warwick ‘Wally’ Nightingale (guitar), Steve Hayes (bass) and Jimmy Mackin (organ), prior to forming the Sex Pistols in 1975. Photographer unknown, possibly Warwick ‘Wally’ Nightingale or Paul Cook.
