An album with approximately 76 assorted signed items (also some unsigned or with printed signatures), chiefly postcards/promotional photographs. Also to include some unseen private photographs depicting stars at the stage door of Manchester's Opera House. Signatures to include: Jimmy Perry, Norman Hackforth, Bert Weedon, Janie Marden, Doris Day, Rosemary Clooney, Hoagy Carmichael, Tony Bennett, Denholm Elliott, Evelyn Lane and more. The vendor's uncle was a dedicated autograph hunter, often waiting at stage doors in Manchester and further afield in order to meet the stars, as well as writing off for many signatures.
